MVMT Strength is a collaboration of four very unique fitness backgrounds bringing a facility unlike any other to the city of London.

at mvmt strength we provide an unparalleled fitness experience that is driven by coaches who care, in semi-private and large sessions that are safe and effective, using programming that is intelligent and progressive, implementing nutrition and lifestyle guidelines that are backed by superior support.

Nutrition

pounds are lost in the kitchen, ounces are lost in the gym.

NUTRITION IS 80% OF YOUR TRANSFORMATION. WE PROVIDE EACH MEMBER WITH A DETAILED MEAL PLAN, RECIPE BOOK, SHOPPING LIST, DINING OUT GUIDE, AND MEAL PREP CHEAT SHEET. THESE MEAL PLANS INCLUDE RECIPES FOR BREAKFAST, LUNCH, & DINNER.
