We have created an amazing 12 week program. This is not a quick fix or a bunch of strict rules but a set of guidelines with strong framework to help you achieve your weight loss goals. This program is not like any out there. Our approach and the mindset taught to help you get to where you want to be is based off you and your unique self only. After the first initial consult and intake questionnaire only then do we plan the specific route to your weight- loss journey.
During the 12 weeks we will touch on topics such as:
- Nutrition (food behaviours, portion control, mindful eating, meal speed, appetite awareness, hunger cues, food attitudes etc)
- Stress management
- Overall healthy living
- Goal setting action plans
- Weekly recipes
- Food log journals and analysis…..and so much more!
If you are looking to make a transformation with your body, your life, and your nutrition, it requires consistent focus and daily attention. It doesn’t matter how much you know or what you say or wish for, the only thing that matters is what you do consistently. At MVMTS we will provide you with accountability, communication and a network of support in an environment you can thrive in.
So whether you have 5lbs to lose or 60lbs to lose we want to help you! You will receive a 12 week outline of what is entailed, our commitment to you and what is expected of you. It’s an interactive program that will guide you with the tools you need, expert coaches and a strong community to help you achieve your goals.
