How you treat your body outside of the gym is just as important if not more important than how you train your body at the gym. This is why we offer our Nutrition, Weight-loss and Lifestyle Program.

We have put together our best tools, knowledge and practice to bring to you a program that will help change your life in the least stressful way. We are all about catering to individuals by getting to know you better. Knowing your current lifestyle, your strengths, your weaknesses and helping you learn your triggers and boundaries and empower you to make the choices that are right for you and your body. We won’t just tell you what to do, we will teach you how to do it! We will give you the framework to help you know how to listen to your body, how to learn your hunger cues, and give strategies and guidelines to help you learn or relearn your self awareness.

Live Better/Weight Loss Program

Includes:

  • Daily lessons, assignments and habits (Powered by Precision Nutrition)

  • Bi-weekly weigh in and measurements, monthly pictures 

  • Monthly caliper testing

  • 60 minute monthly consult in person or on the phone

  • Weekly check-ins
